200 more Japanese businesses to move to the Philippines

Japan announced that more than 200 of its manufacturing companies operating in China an Japan have desires to relocate their businesses in the Philippines in the next 5 years.

According to the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Philippines Inc. headed by Nonuo Fuji some of the firms have already started moving their operations because of the competitive nature of the country.

In fact there are already 1650 Japanese companies located in the Philippines and interest in moving business here is steadily rising.

Fuji added “The Philippines investment programme and tax incentives given to foreign investors is attracting more and more businesses”
